Application of Simplified Microchannel Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Tract Calculi
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of simplified microchannel percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones.Methods:72 patients with upper urinary tract stones admitted to the Department of Urology,Ganxian District People's Hospital,Ganzhou City from June 2019 to June 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with standard MPCNL,and the observation group was treated with simplified MPCNL.The perioperative indicators, renal pelvis pressure and one-stage stone clearance rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the renal pelvis pressure was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the primary stone clearance rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Simplified MPCNL surgery has achieved good results in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones, which can ef-fectively improve the primary stone clearance rate, reduce intraoperative bleeding, and lower postoperative renal pelvic pressure. It is beneficial for promoting rapid postoperative recovery and is worth promoting and applying.
