Effect of Oral Dingkundan on Endometrium in Infertile Women Monitored by Ultrasound
Objective:To explore the effect of oral dingkundan on endometrium in infertile women under ultrasound monitoring.Methods:80 patients with infertility admitted to Xingguo maternal and child health hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group was given clomiphene citrate capsules orally, and the ob-servation group was given dingkundan on this basis, combined with ultrasound monitoring of the endometrium, which were evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. The treatment effect, endometrial receptivity, sex hormone levels, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial receptivity and sex hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the blood flow resistance index(RI),blood flow pulsatility index(PI),ovarian volume, luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)were lower than those of the control group, and the follicle estrogen(FSH)was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:the effect of oral dingkundan in infertile women monitored by ultrasound is significant, which can improve endometrial receptivity, regulate sex hormone levels, and is safe and reliable.
