Effect of Modified Zhizi Gancao Fermented Soya Bean Decoction Combined with Rabeprazole on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome and Esophageal Dynamics in Patients with Phlegm Heat Stagnation Type Reflux Esophagitis
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Zhizi Gancao FERMENTED SOYA BEAN Decoction combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of phlegm heat stagnation type reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods:A total of 66 RE patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups(33 cases each)using a random number table method. The control group received treatment with rabeprazole, while the observation group received treatment with modified Zhizi Gancao Fermented Soya Bean Decoction for 8 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, gastrointestinal hormone levels, esophageal dynamics, and adverse reactions between two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the TCM syndrome score after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of GAS and MOT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);The esophageal dynamics in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zhizi Gancao Fermented Soya Bean Decoction and rabeprazole can improve the therapeutic effect of RE,accelerate the normalization of esophageal dynamics, promote the disappearance of disease symptoms, correct gastrointestinal hormone disorders, and is safe and reliable.
