Objective:To explore the effect of computer cognitive system training combined with risperidone on cognitive function in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods:In this study,80 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted between April 2022 and March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with risperidone tablets)and an observation group(treated with computer cognitive training combined with risperidone). The cognitive function, life ability, and social function deficits of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results:After treatment, the RBANS score and ADL score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in social function deficit(SDSS)scores, and the social function of both groups of patients improved, but the difference in comparison was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of computer cognitive system training and risperidone has positive significance in improving cognitive function in patients with chronic schizophrenia, and can be implemented and promoted in future clinical practice.
