Objective:Based on the"rapid rehabilitation concept",to explore the application effect of fire-dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion therapy after lumbar fusion,in order to provide reference for the selection of early clinical rehabilitation program.Methods:126 patients who underwent lumbar fusion in the Department of Spine,Zhuhai Hospital,Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation management after operation,while the observation group was treated with fire-dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion therapy based on"rapid rehabilitation concept".The rehabilitation effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the degree of abdominal pain at each time point after surgery,the level of gastrointestinal function indexes before and after intervention,and the satisfaction of clinical intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of gastrointestinal function index in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting was 6.00％in the observation group,which was lower than 20.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 8h,32h and 56h after operation(P＜0.05).At 3 and 5 days after operation,gastrointestinal hormone indexes in ob-servation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.00％,higher than that of control group 80.00％(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Fire-dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion therapy can significantly improve the recovery speed of patients after lumbar fusion,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and have continuous improvement effects on patients'pain response and gastrointestinal function,with high patient satisfaction and significant clinical value.
