Observation on the Curative Effect of Anterior Wall Cartilage Resection Combined with Penetrating Compression Suture in the Treatment of Auricular Pseudocyst under Microscope
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of anterior wall cartilage resection combined with penetrating compression suture on patients with auricular pseudocyst under microscope. Methods:Sixty patients with pseudocysts of the auricle were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to October 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent microscopically anterior wall cartilage resection combined with traditional bandage, while the observation group underwent microscopically anterior wall cartilage resection combined with penetrating compression suture. The operation related indicators, pain degree, complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results:the operation related indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group; At 6,12,and 24h after operation, the visual analog pain scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Microscopically anterior wall cartilage resection+through compression suture can reduce the postoperative pain of patients with auricular pseudocyst, and the incidence of complications is low, which is helpful for the rapid postoperative prognosis of patients. This treatment scheme is safe, effective and re-liable,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
