Analysis of the Curative Effect of Lip Block Combined with Bracket Free Invisible Appliance in the Process of Distal Movement of Upper and Lower Molars
Objective:To analyze and study the effect of lip block combined with bracket free invisible appliance in the process of distal movement of upper and lower molars.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,90 patients treated with invisible appliance without brackets in the 73rd group Military Hospital of the PLA army were selected and divided into three groups according to the treatment method:lip block group,anchorage nail group and no attachment device group,with 30 cases in each group.The changes of stress,displacement and lip inclination of the model anterior teeth with the change of the distal movement of the molar in each group were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the distance of distal movement(ni-po),lower central incisor angle(impa),and distal inclination angle(m-mp)of lower molars between the lip block group and the anchorage nail group before and after the end of the treatment(P＞0.05).The difference between the lip block group and the non attachment group and the anchorage nail group and the non attachment group was statistically significant(all P＜0.001).Conclusion:Lip block combined with brackets less invisible appliance shows good curative effect in the process of distal movement of upper and lower molars,and can effectively promote the movement and adjustment of teeth,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
