目的:分析急性脑梗死(ACI)采用重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)结合亚低温治疗的有效性.方法:以郧西县人民医院神经内科2022年1月至2024年2月内收治的102例ACI患者为本次研究对象,并以随机法分为静脉溶栓组(51例,rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗)和亚低温组(51例,rt-PA结合亚低温治疗),对比分析两组患者的治疗效果与预后改善效果.结果:亚低温组的治疗有效率显著高于静脉溶栓组(P<0.05),且治疗后亚低温组患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经系统的特异性蛋白(S100-β蛋白)、血小板溶酶体膜蛋白(CD63)、a颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62p)、血小板活化因子(PAF)均显著低于静脉溶栓组(P<0.05),基底动脉的血流速度最大值(Vmax)、血流速度最小值(Vmin)、血流量(Qmean)均显著高于静脉溶栓组(P<0.05),外周阻力(RV)显著低于静脉溶栓组(P<0.05).结论:ACI患者以rt-PA结合亚低温治疗,可有效促进病情转归,改善患者神经功能.
To Analyze the Improvement Effect of rt-PA Combined with Mild Hypothermia on Serological Index of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)combined with mild hy-pothermia in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:In 102 cases with ACI admitted to the Department of Neurology of Yunxi County People's Hospital from January 2022 to 2024,and divided into intravenous thrombolysis(51 rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis)and subhypothermia(51 rt-PA combined with mild hypothermia),the treatment effect and prognosis im-provement of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The response rate in the subhypothermia group was significantly higher than that in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05),In addition,serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),central nervous system specific protein(S100-βprotein),platelet lysosomal membrane protein(CD63),a granular membrane glycoprotein(CD62p),and platelet activation factor(PAF)were significantly lower than those in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05),The maximum blood velocity(Vmax),blood flow(Qmean)of the basilar artery were significantly higher than those in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05),Peripheral resistance(RV)was significantly lower than that in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In ACI patients,rt-PA combined with mild hypothermia can effectively promote the outcome of the disease and improve the neurological function.
