To Analyze the Improvement Effect of rt-PA Combined with Mild Hypothermia on Serological Index of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)combined with mild hy-pothermia in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:In 102 cases with ACI admitted to the Department of Neurology of Yunxi County People's Hospital from January 2022 to 2024,and divided into intravenous thrombolysis(51 rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis)and subhypothermia(51 rt-PA combined with mild hypothermia),the treatment effect and prognosis im-provement of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The response rate in the subhypothermia group was significantly higher than that in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05),In addition,serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),central nervous system specific protein(S100-βprotein),platelet lysosomal membrane protein(CD63),a granular membrane glycoprotein(CD62p),and platelet activation factor(PAF)were significantly lower than those in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05),The maximum blood velocity(Vmax),blood flow(Qmean)of the basilar artery were significantly higher than those in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05),Peripheral resistance(RV)was significantly lower than that in the intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In ACI patients,rt-PA combined with mild hypothermia can effectively promote the outcome of the disease and improve the neurological function.
