Diagnostic Effect of Dual Source CT Coronary Angiography on Myocardial Bridge Wall Coronary Artery
Objective:To study and analyze the diagnostic effect of dual source CT coronary angiography(CTA)on myocardial bridge wall coronary artery(MB-MCA).Methods:In this study,86 patients with coronary heart disease symptoms or undergoing cardiac examinations admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected for dual source CT coronary angiography examination, and the examination results were analyzed. Results:After examination,23 cases of myocardial bridges were detected in 86 patients, with a detection rate of 26.74%.There were a total of 32 myocardial bridges, which occurred in the distal left circumflex branch, proximal anterior descending branch, middle anterior descending branch, distal anterior descending branch, first diagonal branch, second diagonal branch, blunt margin branch, middle right coronary artery, and posterior descending branch. The number of myocardial bridges was 1(3.13%),1(3.13%),19(59.38%),3(9.38%),2(6.25%),1(3.13%),2(6.25%),2(6.25%),and 1(3.13%),respectively;The coronary artery plaques near the proximal end of the myocardial bridge are located in 5 locations, totaling 12 locations.Among them, the number of distal left circumflex artery, distal anterior descending artery, first diagonal artery, and middle right coronary artery plaques is the same, all with 1 location, while the maximum number of middle anterior descending artery plaques is 7.Myocardial bridges are classified into mild, moderate, and severe stenosis according to the degree of stenosis, with lengths of(23.51±11.98)mm,(27.49±8.20)mm,and(18.53±10.11)mm,and thicknesses of(0.48±0.70)mm,(2.47±1.33)mm,and(3.42±1.50)mm,respectively.Conclusion:DSCT diagnosis in MB-MCA has high application value, which can clearly display the location, length, and thickness of the lesion, make accurate judgments on MB-MCA,and provide more reliable basis for clinical treatment.
