Observation on the Application Value of Combined Test of Coagulation Four Items and PLT in the Diagnosis of Early Liver Cirrhosis
Objective:To explore the application value of the combined test of four coagulation items and platelet count(PLT)in the diagnosis of early liver cirrhosis.Methods:80 patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from February 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into 42 cases of compensated cirrhosis(Grade A)and 38 cases of decompensated cirrhosis(Grade B and C)according to child Pugh classification. Objective to compare the levels of coagulation four items and PLT in patients with liver cirrhosis in different periods, draw receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),and analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of coagulation four items and PLT in early liver cirrhosis. Results:The levels of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in patients with compensated cirrhosis were lower than those in patients with de-compensated cirrhosis, and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and PLT were higher than those in patients with decompensated cirrhosis, with statistical differences(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that,APTT,FIB,TT,PLT single detection and combined detection of early liver cirrhosis were 0.844、0.867、0.861.0.811、0.787、0.907,respectively,which had certain diagnostic value, and when the cut-off value was 18.465s、44.270s、1.395g/L、21.580s、194.130×109/L,the best diagnostic value could be obtained. Conclusion:The combined detection of coagulation and PLT has high diagnostic value for early liver cirrhosis, and can provide a reliable basis for the early diagnosis of the disease.
