Clinical Value of Th1/Th2 Combined Combination in the Diagnosis of COPD with Multiple Acute Exacerbation
Objective:To explore the clinical application of Th1/Th2 cytokine profile combined detection in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with multiple acute exacerbations.Methods:440 patients with acute exacerbation hospitalized in Nanhai People's Hospital from January 1,2023 to May 18,2024,and 40 healthy patients in the physical examination center during the same period were selected as the control group to analyze the clinical application of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,and IFN-γlevels in the diagnosis of COPD with multiple acute exacerbation.Results:IL-2 and IL-10 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group;IL-4,IL-6,TNF-α and IFN-γ in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);carbon monoxide dispersion, blood oxygen saturation and vital capacity in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of Th1/Th2 cytokine profile has potential clinical value in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with multiple acute exacerbations.
