Application of Intelligent Pressure Control Stone Cleaning System in Ptcsl Surgery For Complex Hepatolithiasis
Objective:To explore the application effect of intelligent pressure control stone cleaning system in percutaneous transhepatic cholangiolithotomy(ptcsl)for complex hepatolithiasis.Methods:60 patients with complex hepatolithiasis,all admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022,were divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each according to random number table method.The control group received traditional PTSCL surgery,and observation group received PTSCL surgery under the intelligent pressure control stone cleaning system.The two groups'operation condition,blood routine index,liver function index,complications and recurrence rate were compared.Results:Compared with control group,the operation time in observation group was shorter and the stone removal rate in stage Ⅰ was higher(P＜0.05).Observation group's WBC and CRP levels were lower than control group's(P＜0.05).Observation group's TBIL,AST and ALT levels were lower than control group's(P＜0.05).Observation group's complication rate and recurrence rate were lower than control group's(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application value of intelligent pressure control stone cleaning system in PTCSL operation of complex hepatolithiasis is high,which can reduce hepatobiliary injury,reduce complications,protect liver function,and has low recurrence rate.
