Effects of Jinshuibao Capsule Combined with Nebulized Inhalation Therapy on Airway Inflammation,Immune Function and Lung Function in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To investigate the effects of Jinshuibao capsule combined with nebulized inhalation therapy on airway inflam-mation,immune function and lung function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Ninety-eight patients with stable COPD were divided into two groups according to the randomized numerical table method.Forty-nine cases in the control group were treated with nebulized inhalation,and 49 cases in the observation group were treated with Jinshuibao capsule,and both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the observation group had lower white blood cell counts,neutrophil counts,and levels of interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-αlpha)than the control group,and lower levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),1sts exertion lung volume(FEV1),exertion lung volume(FVC),FEV1/FVC were higher than that of the control group,and the TCM evidence points and CD8+were lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The application of Jinshuibao capsule combined with nebulized inhalation treatment in COPD patients is more effective,which can reduce airway inflammation,improve immune function and lung function,and will not increase the adverse drug reactions,which is worth promoting.
