Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Analysis of Fournier Gangrene
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of Fournier's gangrene. Methods:The clinical medical records of patients diagnosed with Fournier gangrene in the General Surgery Department from January 2017 to January 2023 were retro-spectively analyzed, and their clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis information were summarized. Results:A total of 24 patients,19 males and 5 females, were included in this study. The laboratory risk indicator for necrotizing fasciitis(LRINEC)score was greater than 6 in 6 patients, all patients were treated with emergency operation or anti-infection therapy. One patient died after operation due to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Conclusion:Abdominal CT examination is the main basis for the diagnosis of Fournier's gangrene.Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial.Early surgical debridement, especially the vacuum sealing drainage technique, can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of Fournier's gangrene.
