Clinical Study of Ultrasound-Guided Minimally Invasive Irrigation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Non-Lactation Mastitis
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive lavage combined with traditional Chinese medicine for non puerperal mastitis(NPM).Methods:A total of 60 patients with NPM(abscess stage)admitted to the First People's Hospital of Nankang District,Ganzhou City from September 2021 to August 2023 were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with a small incision and drainage of 0.1%ethacridine lactate solution with gauze packing, drainage and dressing change+cefaclor capsule combined with methylprednisolone tablet;the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive irrigation combined with Chinese medicine for internal and external use for 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],immune indexes[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin(IgM)],duration of abscess and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%,higher than that of control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after surgery, the levels of CRP and IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were higher than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The duration of abscess in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive irrigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of NPM(abscess stage),which can accelerate the regression of abscess, inhibit the inflammatory response, regulate the immune system and reduce the recurrence rate.
