Clinical Value of Transient Elastography Combined with Serology in the Diagnosis of Liver Fibrosis
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of transient elastography(TE)combined with serology in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. Methods:From April 2022 to April 2023,52 patients with CHB complicated with liver fibrosis and 52 patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in our hospital were selected as the observation group and the control group.Liver TE and serological tests were performed.Liver hardness, aspartate aminotransferase, prothrombin time, platelet count, laminin, hyaluronic acid, type Ⅲ pro-collagen and type Ⅳ collagen levels were compared between the two groups.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the clinical value of LSM and serological indexes in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. Results:Liver hardness, aspartate aminotransferase, platelet count, laminin, hyaluronic acid, type Ⅲ procollagen and type Ⅳ collagen levels in observation group were higher than those in control group, and pro-thrombin time was longer than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of combined detection of each index for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis was 0.841,0.741,0.737,0.690,0.800,0.814,0.816,0.836,0.977,and the value of combined detection was the highest. Conclusion:Liver TE combined with serological detection can improve the diagnostic value of liver fibrosis, facilitate the early detection of fibrosis lesions, and achieve targeted treatment to prevent liver damage.
