Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally gastroscopy and laparoscopy for gastric stromal tumor. Methods:Study in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2023,86 patients, which were divided into minimally invasive(n=40)and laparoscopic(n=46),safety,inflammatory factor[C reactive protein(CRP),white ocytes(WBC)]and postoperative follow-up results. Results:The operation time of gastroscopy and laparoscopic group was longer than that of gastroscopy and minimally invasive group,The tumor resection rate was higher than that in the endoscopic minimally invasive group(P<0.05),There was no statistical difference in intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time between gastroscopy and laparoscopy group and minimally invasive gastroscopy group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the complication rate between the gastroscopy and minimally invasive gastroscopy groups(P>0.05);No significant inflammatory factors(WBC,CRP)before gastroscopy and laparoscopy(P>0.05),Compared with the two groups of inflammatory factors at 1 day after surgery and 3 days before surgery,The trend of rising first and decreasing later(P<0.05),The inflammatory factor level in the first day was lower than that in the gastroscopy and laparoscopy group(P<0.05),No significant levels of inflammatory factors between 3 days after surgery(P>0.05);The follow-up survival rate between gastroscopy and gastroscopy was not significant(P>0.05),The follow-up disease recurrence rate in the gastroscopy and laparoscopic group was lower than that in the gastroscopy minimally invasive group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The safety of minimally invasive treatment of gastroscopy and gastroscopy is high, but the level of inflammatory factors in the early stage after minimally invasive gastroscopy is lower.Gastroscopy and laparoscopy can improve the tumor resection rate of clinical gastric stromal tumor and reduce the disease recurrence rate.
