Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenghua Decoction modified granules in the dialectical treatment of uterine involution imperfecta with lochia.Methods:70 cases of postpartum lochia and uterine cavity effusion admitted from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and included in the study.According to the odd and even numbers,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group;The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Shenghua Decoction modified granule dialectical treatment;The clinical efficacy,uterine recovery(sum of three uterine diameters,endometrial thickness,cervical effusion)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the sum of three uterine diameters,endometrial thickness and cervical effusion of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shenghua Decoction modified granule in the dialectical treatment of incomplete uterine involution with lochia is significant,which can promote the uterine repair of patients.
