Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture point embedding combined with ginger moxibustion on reducing the adverse reactions after chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with malignant tumors who received chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor injection combined with tropisetron treatment,and the treatment group was given acupuncture point embedding combined with ginger moxibustion treatment on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,TCM symptom score and blood routine index level before and 15 days after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms(epigastric distention pain,eructation and acid reflux,stomach noise,body weight sleepiness,dry mouth and bitter mouth)between the two groups(P＞0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were significantly decreased after 15 days of treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).White blood cell count,CD4+,CD8+and CD4/CD8+indexes were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),and the white blood cell count,CD4+,CD8+and CD4/CD8+indexes were not significantly improved in the treatment group 15 days after treatment.However,after 1 month of treatment,the leukocyte count,CD4+and CD4/CD8+indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+indexes were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion treatment for malignant tumor patients treated with chemotherapy is effective in reducing adverse reactions,it can improve the patient's immune level and relieve the symptoms of the disease,which is worth popularizing.
