Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic therapy instrument in the treatment of residual pain after PVP spinal compression fracture. Methods:In this study, clinical data of 60 patients with residual pain after PVP with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)were selected from the inpatient department of the second Department of Spine and Bone Injury of our hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 for analysis and research. The visual analogue VAS of postoperative residual pain was 4-6 points.Randomized number table method was used to divide the two groups into observation group and control group, control group(30 cases received conventional treatment),observation group(30 cases receiving ultrasound therapy equipment on the basis of the control group); The therapeutic effect,VAS score,ODI score and symptom improvement rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores and ODI scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);The improvement rate of symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound therapy instrument plays a positive role in improving residual pain after PVP operation of spinal compression fracture, and can be used and promoted in future clinical practice.
