Objective:To explore the clinical effect of one-stage suture+drainage with lateral orientation arc-shaped incision in the treatment of pilose sinus. Methods:A total of 60 patients with pilonidal sinus in the sacrococcygeal region who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2024 were collected.Among them,30 patients from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the control group. From January 2023 to February 2024,30 patients were included in the observation group. The control group was treated with sacral sinus resection and suture.Observation group was given sacrococcygeal lateral azimuth arc incision with one-stage suture+drainage. The clinical efficacy and efficiency of the two groups were compared.Postoperative pain duration, dressing change times, wound healing time and scar length;Occurrence and recurrence of complications. Results:Compared with the control group(76.67%),the clinical efficacy rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter postoperative pain duration, fewer dressing changes, shorter wound healing time and shorter scar length(P<0.05).Compared with the complication rate(33.33%)and recurrence rate(13.33%)in the control group, the complication rate(6.67%)and recurrence rate(0.00%)in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of sacrococcygeal trachysetrum with one-stage suture and drainage through sacrococcygeal lateral orientation curved incision has significant efficacy, and can reduce postoperative pain time, wound healing time, dressing changes, postoperative complications and recurrence risk, which is worthy of popularization.
