目的:探讨强脉冲光联合浓缩生长因子(CGF)治疗面部痤疮红斑和色素沉着的临床疗效.方法:选择2022年10月至2023年10月我院收治的80例面部痤疮患者随机分组.对照组应用强脉冲光治疗,观察组采用强脉冲光联合CGF治疗.比较两组、临床症状评分、生活质量与不良反应.结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组主要症状好转,评估结果优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组DLQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:强脉冲光联合CGF治疗面部痤疮红斑和色素沉着的效果较好,患者治疗后主要症状消退,生活质量提高,且该治疗模式临床应用安全性较高,值得推广.
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with concentrated growth factor(CGF)in the treatment of acne erythema and pigmentation.Methods:80 patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly grouped.The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with CGF.The clinical symptom score,quality of life and risk of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of control group 77.50%(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms of the observation group were improved,and the evaluation result was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,DLQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intense pulsed light combined with CGF has a good effect on the treatment of acne erythema and pigmentation,the main symptoms of the patients have subsided after treatment,and the quality of life has been improved,and the clinical application of this treatment mode is safe and worthy of promotion.
