Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with concentrated growth factor(CGF)in the treatment of acne erythema and pigmentation.Methods:80 patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly grouped. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light, and the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with CGF.The clinical symptom score, quality of life and risk of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of control group 77.50%(P<0.05).After treatment, the main symptoms of the observation group were improved, and the evaluation result was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,DLQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intense pulsed light combined with CGF has a good effect on the treatment of acne erythema and pigmentation, the main symptoms of the patients have subsided after treatment, and the quality of life has been improved, and the clinical application of this treatment mode is safe and worthy of promotion.
