Objective:To explore the effect of warm Yang pillow on the incidence of hypothermia during ureteral calculi holmium laser lithotripsy,in order to provide an effective,practical,safe and low-cost method for preventing intraoperative hypothermia in patients with ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing ureteral calculus holmium laser lithotripsy from January 2023 to January 2024 in the operating room of Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group with normal temperature management,patients in the control group on the basis of increase warm hand Yang pillow intervention.The changes of body temperature,blood pressure,heart rate,respiration and blood oxygen at different time points(before anesthesia,after anesthesia,before skin incision,during operation,at the end of operation and before leaving the operation room)were compared between the two groups.Compare two groups of patients with postoperative chills and the incidence of low body temperature.Results:Statistical analysis showed that the intraoperative temperature level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Experimental group in art of heart rate and breathing rate level lower than control group(P＜0.05).Each time point between the two groups of blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation,no statistical difference(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group(26.00％),the incidence of postoperative shivering,the incidence of low body temperature(30.00％),treatment group(4.00％),the incidence of postoperative shivering,lower incidence of low body temperature(8.00％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Warm hand Yang pillow can reduce postoperative shivering holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral calculi,the incidence of low body temperature,for the warm help Yang provide clinical reference in the promotion of the pillow.
