Application Value Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasonography Combined with Serum Tumor Markers in Early Diagnosis of Breast Cancer
Objective:To explore the value of imaging methods combined with tumor marker examination program in the early diagnosis of breast cancer,in order to improve the accuracy of clinical differentiation and help the development of follow-up treatment programs. Methods:After admission,90 patients with suspected breast cancer were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and serum tumor markers respectively. The value of single detection and combined detection of the two methods was analyzed according to the pathological results of operation. Results:The results of Kappa test showed that the diagnostic results of color Doppler ultrasound and serum tumor markers were generally consistent with surgical pathological results(Kappa value=0.783,0.766;P<0.05);There was a high consistency between the diagnosis results of breast cancer and the clinical screening results(Kappa=0.940,P<0.05).The efficacy of the combined application of the two methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer was significantly higher than that of the single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The examination method combined with imaging method and laboratory index has better application in the diagnosis of breast cancer, which can provide more accurate data reference for the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer, and has guiding significance for the early formulation and implementation of follow-up treatment plan, and it is recommended to be popularized and applied.
