Observation on the Effect of Acupoint Application of Maxingsu Cough Patch Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Cough after Infection with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Maxingsu cough patch combined with budesonide on cough after my-coplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)infection.Methods:106 children with cough after MPP anti-infection were divided into ex-perimental and control grouprandomly. The control group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment, and the other group was combined with Maxingsu cough patch acupoint application. The clinical efficacy, clinical indexes, cough symptom score before and after treatment, and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the them. Results:The total effective rate was 94.34%in ex-perimental group. It was significantly higher than the control group 81.13%(x2=4.296,P=0.038).The duration of cough disap-pearance,rales disappearance and hospital stay in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Before treatment there was no significant difference in TCM cough symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the experimental group was lower than the control group(t=24.457,P<0.001).Before treatment there was no significant difference in CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction of the experimental group was 3.77%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.09%)(x2=3.975,P=0.046).Conclusion:Acupoint application of Maxingsu cough patch combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the clinical effect, reduce the level of inflammation and relieve the symptoms of cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia after anti-infection.
