Correlation Analysis of Airflow Limitation Degree,Lung Function Status and TCM Syndrome Score in Patients with Bronchiectasis and Infection
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the degree of airflow restriction in patients with bronchiectasis and infection and the status of lung function and TCM syndrome scores.Methods:100 patients with bronchiectasis and infection admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects. The degree of airflow limitation was detected and e-valuated for all patients, and the airflow limitation degree was graded according to FEV1%pred,and the patients were correspondingly included in four groups:mild, moderate, severe and extremely severe. In addition, the lung function status and TCM syndrome scores of patients were evaluated, and the differences between the levels of lung function related indicators and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the 4 groups were compared,so as to clarify the correlation between lung function status,TCM syndrome scores and the degree of gas restriction of patients. Results:With the increase of airflow limitation, the duration of disease and the number of acute exacerbations were significantly increased(P<0.05).With the increase of airflow limitation, the levels of pulmonary function PEF,FEV1 and FVC were significantly decreased, and the TCM syndrome score was significantly increased(P<0.05).The results of pearson correlation analysis showed that the degree of airflow restriction in patients with bronchiectasis and infection was negatively correlated with the levels of the three indexes of lung function, and positively correlated with the scores of TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with bronchiectasis and infection have obvious impairment of lung function, and with the gradually increasing degree of airflow limitation, the lung function status of patients is worse, and the TCM syndrome score will be significantly increased. The detection of lung function and TCM syndrome score of patients can reflect the degree of airflow limitation and the severity of disease to a certain ex-tent.
