Effect Evaluation of Gastritis No.1 Ointment Combined with Esomeprazole in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia Epigastric Pain Syndrome(Liver-Qi Invading Stomach Type)
Objective:To investigate the effect of Gastritis No.1 Ointment combined with esomeprazole on functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(liver-qi invading stomach type).Methods:120 patients with functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(liver-qi invading stomach type)admitted from February 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group and combined group. The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and NDI scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the three groups. Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher compared to both the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.Prior to treatment, there were no significant differences in TCM symptom scores(epigastric pain, abdominal distension, belching and acid reflux, hiccup, loss of appetite)and NDI scores among the three groups(P>0.05).Following treatment, the TCM symptom score and NDI score in the combined group showed a significant decrease compared to both the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),while also ex-hibiting a shorter duration for symptom remission than that observed in either the western medicine or Chinese medicine groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastritis No.1 Ointment combined with esomepazole in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(liver-qi intrusion-stomach type)can significantly improve clinical efficacy, improve clinical symptoms such as upper abdominal pain, improve quality of life, and the key is to reduce the recurrence rate,so it is recommended to be promoted in clinical practice.
