Value of Intravenous Contrast Ultrasound in Evaluating the Degree of Intrauterine Adhesions
Objective:To investigate the value of transvenous contrast ultrasound in evaluating the degree of uterine adhesions. Methods:The data of 108 patients with intrauterine adhesions admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were ret-rospectively analyzed. All patients underwent venous contrast ultrasound examination.According to March classification, the patients were divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group according to different degrees of adhesions. The difference of CEUS indexes among the three groups was compared, and the value of intravenous CEUS in evaluating different degrees of intrauterine adhesions was analyzed. Results:The endometrial thickness and volume in mild group was higher than that in moderate group>that in severe group(P<0.05).The echo intensity of mild group was lower than that of severe group(P<0.05).The VI,FI and VFI values of the three groups were increased after contrast injection compared with those before injection(P<0.05).Before contrast agent injection, only the VI,FI and VFI values of the mild group and the severe group had statistical differences(P<0.05).After contrast agent injection,VI,FI and VFI values in mild and moderate groups were higher than those in gravity group(P<0.05),and VI values in mild group were higher than those in moderate group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The endometrial parameters and blood flow index measured by intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound can objectively evaluate the degree of intrauterine adhesions, and can predict the occurrence of different degrees of intrauterine adhesions.
