Study on the Consistency between DS A Lower Limb Deep Vein Angiography and Surgical Pathological Results in Diagnosing Lower Limb Varicose Veins
Objective:To explore the consistency between digital subtraction angiography(DSA)and surgical pathological results in diagnosing lower limb varicose veins.Methods:68 patients with lower limb varicose veins admitted to Nanfeng County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected, all of whom underwent surgical treatment and DSA deep vein angiography examination. The DSA diagnostic accuracy was calculated based on the surgical pathological results as the gold standard, and consistency testing was performed. Results:Among the surgical pathological results,68 were all simple varicose veins of the great sa-phenous vein;DSA lower limb deep vein angiography was successfully completed, and the patient did not experience any adverse reactions such as contrast agent allergy.Among the angiography results,65 were varicose veins of the great saphenous vein; The Kappa value of DSA for diagnosing lower limb varicose veins was 0.901,P<0.05,indicating good consistency. The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, and positive predictive value for diagnosing lower limb varicose veins were 92.65%,33.33%,16.67%,and 96.92%,respectively.Conclusion:DSA diagnosis of lower limb varicose veins has good clinical consistency with surgical pathological results.DSA is an effective diagnostic tool for clinical diagnosis of lower limb varicose veins and can provide reference for further clinical treatment of this disease.
