Effect of Suspension Training Combined with Alendronate Sodium on Lumboabdominal Muscle Strength and Pain Degree After Primary Osteoporosis Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effects of suspension training combined with alendronate sodium on the muscle strength and pain degree of lumbar and abdominal muscles in patients with primary osteoporosis after surgery.Methods:60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)were selected and grouped by random number table method.Both groups were treated with vertebroplasty.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium.The observation group was treated with suspension training and alendronate sodium after operation.The rehabilitation effect,pain degree,muscle strength of lumbar and abdominal muscles,bone mineral density and bone metabolism index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The recovery rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the muscle strength scores of lumbar and abdominal muscles in the observation group were significantly higher at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the bone mineral density of the observation group was significantly higher after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the bone metabolism indexes[serum amino terminal propeptide(PINP),carboxyl terminal peptide β special sequence(β-CTX)and 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]levels of type 1 procollagen in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspension training combined with alendronate sodium therapy can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with primary osteoporosis surgery,relieve the degree of postoperative pain,improve the muscle strength and bone metabolism of patients with lumbar and abdominal muscle,and also improve the postoperative bone mineral density of patients,which has significant clinical value.
