Effect of Group Nursing Management Intervention Based on Deep Vein Thrombosis Risk Factor Scale on Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture
Objective:To analyze the effect of group nursing intervention on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with lower limb fracture by using the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis(Autar)scale. Methods:Lower extremity fractures treated from April 2020 to April 2024 were selected as the samples for this study.A total of 76 patients voluntarily participated in this study, and the grouping principle was random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group re-ceived Autar scale group nursing intervention. The incidence of DVT and the changes of hemorheology data were compared and evaluated between the two groups. Results:The incidence of DVT,swelling and pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistical difference in hemorheology indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups before nursing intervention, the average blood flow velocity of the two groups increased after in-tervention,while the APTT,PT and FIB decreased, but the average blood flow velocity of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the APTT,PT and FIB were lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Attention should be paid to the prevention and nursing intervention of DVT in patients with lower limb fracture. The nursing intervention of Autar scale group can improve the hemorheology of lower limbs, and can obtain good prevention effect of DVT,which can be further popularized in clinical practice.
