Impact of Evidence-Based Nursing Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Nursing Model on Exercise Tolerance and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:According to the random number table method,70 patients with COPD admitted to Wangqiao Town Central Health Center in Dongxiang District,Fuzhou City from January 2021 to May 2024 were divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model.The psychological status,exercise tolerance,self-care ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing care,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)was longer than that in the control group,the self-care ability scale(ESCA)score was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of symptoms,activity ability,and disease impact in the St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model for COPD patients can effectively improve their negative emotions,exercise tolerance,self-care ability,and quality of life.
