Application of External Application of Saltpeter Combined with High Retention Enema of Rhubarb Nursing Intervention in Post ERCP Pancreatitis
Objective:To analyze and explore the application of nursing intervention of external application of saltpeter combined with high retention enema of rhubarb in post ERCP pancreatitis.Methods:Seventy patients with post ERCP pancreatitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 12,2022 to May 31,2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving routine nursing plus external application of mirabili and high re-tention enema of rhubarb).The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared with nursing satisfaction,quality of life,self-care ability,and psychological resilience.Results:(1)The observation group showed better relief time for abdominal pain,time for body temperature to return to normal,time for blood amylase to return to normal,and length of hospital stay than the control group(P＜0.05);(2)The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);(3)The quality of life scores of the observation group(social function,mental function,physical function,psychological function)were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05);(4)The self-care ability score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05);(5)The psychological resilience score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of external application of saltpeter combined with high retention enema of rhubarb has a significant effect on patients with post ERCP pancreatitis and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
