Effects of health-oriented holistic nursing model on the incidence of complications and negative emotions in patients with aortic dissection aneurysms treated with covered stents
Objective:To explore the effect of health-oriented holistic nursing model on the incidence of complications and negative mood in patients with Aortic dissection dneurysm(ADA)after stent implantation.Methods:86 ADA patients admitted to Chest Hospital of Henan Province from June 2021 to May 2023 were select-ed and randomly divided into control group(receiving routine nursing care,n=43)and observation group(receiv-ing health-oriented holistic nursing model,n=43),based on the order of their medical records establishment. The negative emotions[hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],coping styles[simplified coping style scale(SCSQ)],subjective well-being[general well-deing scale(GWBS)],treatment compliance, blood pressure changes[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)]and the in-cidence of postoperative neurological complications were compared before and after intervention. Results:After in-tervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the positive coping scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the negative coping scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions on the GWBS scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of disease cognition, medication, emotion control and treatment and nursing coordination in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no signif-icant difference in the incidence of neurological complications between the observation group 6.98%and the control group 13.95%(P>0.05).Conclusion:Health-oriented holistic nursing model can improve negative emotions and blood pressure control in patients with ADA,enhance their subjective well-being and treatment compliance, and encourage patients to adopt positive coping strategies.
