Effect of emergency nursing intervention based on process path optimization on the success rate of rescue and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes in patients with severe multiple injuries
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the application value of emergency nursing intervention based on process path optimization in severe multiple injuries. Methods:A total of 75 patients with severe multiple inju-ries in Kaifeng 155th Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were collected and divided into path optimization group(n=37)and control group(n=38)according to different nursing methods. The control group received rou-tine emergency nursing, while the path optimization group received emergency nursing intervention based on process path optimization. The emergency-related indicators, rescue success rate, incidence of doctor-patient disputes and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The tracheal intubation, intravenous medi-cation,triage and rescue time in the path optimization group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate in the path optimization group 97.30%was higher than that of the control group 78.95%(P<0.05).The incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the path optimization group 2.70%was signifi-cantly lower than that in the control group 23.68%(P<0.05).The family satisfaction in the path optimization group 100.00%was higher than that in the control group 84.21%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emergency nursing intervention based on process path optimization in patients with severe multiple injuries improve emergency-related indicators, increase the rescue success rate, reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes, and there-by enhance family satisfaction.
