目的:探讨在老年髋部骨折患者术后实施全面性-合作性-协调性-延续性的干预策略的效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月于厦门大学附属第一医院骨科就诊的老年髋部骨折术后患者102例,随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各51例.A组术后实施常规护理干预,B组在A组基础上实施全面性-合作性-协调性-延续性的干预策略,比较两组护理第90天髋关节功能(采用髋关节功能Harris量表评估)、自我管理能力[采用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(the rating scale of health self-management skill for adults,AHSMSRS)评价]及护理期间并发症发生率.结果:护理第90天,B组Harris评分高于 A 组(t=4.122,P＜0.05);B 组 AHSMSRS 评分高于 A 组(t1=3.987,t2=4.548,t3=4.425,P 均＜0.05);护理期间,B组并发症发生率低于A组(x2值校正=4.388,P＜0.05).结论:对老年髋部骨折患者实施全面性-合作性-协调性-延续性的干预策略能够有效改善其术后髋关节功能,提升其自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率.
Application effect of comprehensive,cooperative,coordinated and continuous intervention strategy in elderly patients with hip fracture after operation
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive,cooperative,coordinated and continuous in-tervention strategy in elderly patients with postoperative hip fracture after operation.Methods:A total of 102 elderly patients who underwent hip fracture surgery in the Department of Orthopedics at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xia-men University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 51 cases in each group.Group A received routine nursing intervention,group B received comprehensive,cooperative,coordinated and continuous intervention strategy based on group A,and the hip function on the 90th day(assessed using hip joint function Harris scale.),self-management ability(assessed using the rating scale of health self-management skill for adults,AHSMSRS)and complication rates during the nursing period were com-pared between the two groups.Results:At 90 days post-intervention,the Harris Hip Score was significantly high-er in Group B compared to Group A(t=4.122,P＜0.05).The AHSMSRS scores were also significantly higher in Group B than in Group A(t1=3.987,t2=4.548,t3=4.425,all P＜0.05).The complication rate during the nursing period was lower in Group B than in Group A(x2corrected=4.388,P＜0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive,cooperative,coordinated and continuous intervention strategy for elderly patients with hip fracture can effectively improve their hip function after surgery,enhance their self-management ability,and reduce the in-cidence of complications.
