综述模糊PID对温度控制的应用研究进展,针对模糊PID控制的不足,提出改进方法.现代控制技术已经全面向智能化发展,智能化理论与PID结合在智能控制方面有着良好的效果.以温度控制为例,在食品生产、高分子材料加工等工业生产过程中温度控制是一个重要环节,而对于温度控制建立精确的数学模型比较困难.模糊PID控制精度高而且控制精度不太依赖于模型的精度,还有鲁棒性好等优点,利用模糊PID进行温度控制能够提高温控精度,减小温度波动.利用优化算法或对模糊PID控制环节进行优化,可以更好地满足各种各样的温度控制需求.
Application Progress of Fuzzy PID Temperature Control
The application of fuzzy PID to temperature control is reviewed,and the improvement method is put forward for the deficiency of fuzzy PID control.Modern control technology is fully intelligent development,intelligent theory and PID combined in intelligent control has a good effect.Taking temperature control as an example,temperature control is an important link in the industrial pro-duction process such as food production and polymer material processing,but it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model for temperature control.Fuzzy PID control has high control precision and control precision does not depend on the preci-sion of the model,and has the advantages of good robustness,using fuzzy PID temperature control can improve the precision of temperature control,reduce temperature fluctuation.Using optimization algorithm or optimizing fuzzy PID control link can better meet various temperature control requirements.
