As the current existing system fails to establish a precise procurement model,the system management cost and management com-plexity increase,and management efficiency decreases.A precise procurement material management system based on an informa-tion sharing platform is proposed.Combining ERP concepts,purchasing materials and advanced information,design the overall framework of the system,and introduce the functions of different modules.Under the information sharing platform,the uncertain-ty in the procurement management process is analyzed based on fuzzy theory,and a refined procurement decision-making model is established in which both the decision demand and the order fee are fuzzy parameters.The fuzzy value is optimized by the sym-bol distance and the center of gravity method to determine the best order date and purchase quantity.The simulation experiment results show that the designed system can significantly reduce management overhead and complexity,while significantly improv-ing management efficiency.
