摘要
传统的公益慈善事业面临着大量的问题和痛点.数字化公益和服务越来越受到关注,为公益行为和社会问题的解决提供了平台.文章以"益帮"志愿服务类APP为例,提出引入传播学四维理论框架和用户体验ASIS理论的创新方法,对网络公益平台用户的认知、选择和偏好等维度进行研究,设计出符合用户需求的产品.研究结果表明:让网络慈善平台的用户更好地参与到数字化的社会协同中来,通过网络慈善平台的协调来创造社会价值,对数字公益和服务的发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
Traditional public welfare and charity work faces numerous problems and pain points.Digital public welfare and services are receiving increasing attention,providing a platform for public welfare behavior and solving social problems.The article takes the"Yibang"volunteer service APP as an example and proposes an innovative method of introducing the four-dimensional theoretical framework of communication and the user experience ASIS theory to study the cognitive,selection,and preference dimensions of users on online public welfare platforms,and design products that meet user needs.The research results indicate that enabling users of online charity platforms to better participate in digital social collaboration and create social value through the coordination of online charity platforms is of great significance for the development of digital public welfare and services.
