触媒理论背景下工业遗存改造设计研究——以深圳华侨城华中电厂为例

文章基于城市"触媒"理论提出城市工业遗存建筑微更新与活化再利用的设计策略,通过对触媒理论概念阐述,把功能要素、文化要素、生态要素、交通要素作为触媒因子,构建以触媒理论有效介入工业遗存空间改造更新的设计方法,并以华侨城华中电厂为例,寻找触媒载体与旧工业遗存建筑的契合点,通过背景分析、现存问题、改造方法设计、场地改造后现状分析,充分发挥触媒理论的可行性,激发片区发展,实现积极的"触媒反应".期望对旧工业建筑遗存改造再利用提供新的理论研究视角.
Research on the Reconstruction Design of Industrial Relics under the Background of Catalyst Theory:Taking Shenzhen OCT Zhonghua Power Plant as an Example
Based on the urban"catalyst"theory,this paper proposes design strategies for the micro-renewal and active reuse of urban industrial heritage buildings.By elaborating the concept of catalyst theory,functional factors,cultural factors,ecological factors and transportation factors are taken as catalyst factors,and a design method for effectively intervening in the transformation and renewal of industrial heritage space with catalyst theory is constructed.Through background analysis,existing problems,transformation method design and site transformation status analysis,the feasibility of catalyst theory is given full play to stimulate the development of the area and achieve a positive"catalyst response".It is expected to provide a new theoretical perspective for the reconstruction and reuse of old industrial buildings.
