Design of APP Interface for the Elderly Based on QFD and GRA
In order to improve the satisfaction of elderly users to the use of APP,a research method of APP interface design for the elderly based on quality function deployment(QFD)and grey relational analysis(GRA)is proposed.First of all,the user requirements are obtained in the form of interviews and questionnaires,and the user requirements are transformed into design requirements by using the house of quality in QFD,and the importance of design requirements is calculated and sorted;secondly,the interface scheme and test scheme are designed according to user needs and design requirements;finally,the test results are integrated into GRA to obtain the grey correlation degree,and the optimal scheme is determined by comparing the size of the grey correlation degree.The scheme designed by the design requirements with the highest importance is the most satisfactory to the elderly users.Through the combination of QFD and GRA research methods,we can effectively improve the elderly users'experience and satisfaction with APP,and accurately grasp the core needs of elderly users.
