In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the article focuses on the path of intangible cultural heritage digital protection,further providing new ideas for rural revitalization.Firstly,it reviews the current situation of digital protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the problems faced by the integration of intangible cultural heritage and digital technology,as well as the principles of intangible cultural heritage protection that need to be adhered to.Finally,by using digital technology to overcome the obstacles in the time and space of intangible cultural heritage protection,utilizing the model of"Internet +"characteristic towns of intangible cultural heritage,integrating rural tourism with digital protection of intangible cultural heritage;creating a digital intangible cultural heritage research base in rural areas,providing a platform for youth to learn and experience intangible cultural heritage;combining with metaverse technology,attempting to integrate intangible cultural heritage with the digital industry chain,promoting the digitization of intangible cultural heritage into classrooms,and supporting the empowerment of rural revitalization strategy through intangible cultural heritage.
