Research and Practice of School-Enterprise Collaboration in Creative Design Studios
Against the backdrop of deepening vocational education with the comprehensive integration of industry and education, and the clear focus on"building a culturally strong nation"in the 14th Five-Year Plan, active exploration is being conducted into the collaborative establishment of cultural and creative design studios between schools and enterprises to foster talent, promote collaborative education between schools and enterprises, and support the development of the cultural and creative industries.By analyzing national policy guidance, industrial development opportunities, talent training needs, and demands for faculty construction, the background and motives of the collaborative establishment of cultural and creative design studios between schools and enterprises are clarified. This involves proposing characteristic innovations such as the"two tangible and two intangible"project teaching system,the"dual-drive"project operation mode,the"win-win-win"value complementation mechanism, and the"five-in-one"assessment and evaluation standards to ensure the healthy, stable, and sustainable development of cultural and creative design studios. This model effectively enhances students'design innovation capabilities and comprehensive vocational qualities, cultivates a"dual-teacher"teaching team, establishes mutually beneficial platforms, and achieves high-quality training for new era technology-skilled design talents.
