工匠精神融入职业院校艺术设计技能型人才培养体系的路径研究

摘要
职业院校作为培养"大国工匠"的主要营地和重要渠道,应强化对技能型人才"工匠精神"的培育,但目前职业教育仍然存在重"技能"、轻"树人"现象,导致学生敬业精神、严谨精神、专注精神、创新精神等明显薄弱.基于此,文章围绕工匠精神融入职业院校艺术设计专业技能型人才培养体系的路径展开理论和实践研究,以提升职业院校艺术设计教育的质量和水平,为培养高素质的职业艺术设计人才提供参考和支持.
Abstract
Vocational colleges,as the main camp and important channel for cultivating"great country craftsmen",should strengthen the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"for skilled talents,but at present,vocational education still focuses on"skills"and ignores"cultivating people",resulting in students'dedication,rigorous spirit,dedicated spirit and innovative spirit.Based on this,this paper carries out theoretical and practical research on the path of integrating artisan spirit into the training system of skilled talents for art and design majors in vocational colleges,so as to improve the quality and level of art and design education in vocational colleges and provide reference and support for cultivating high-quality professional art and design talents.
