Optimal Design of Visual Field of Skid Loader Cab Based on Ergonomics
In order to optimize the visual field of the driver and reduce the blind area of the cab visual field,the front and rear visual field of the cab is optimized according to the visual field requirement of GB/T16947-2020.Based on ergonomic theories and standards,a digital model of the cab of slip loader is established in Rhino,a 3D modeling software,and the driver's visual field is measured and calculated according to GB/T16937-2020 measurement method.The virtual man-machine system of the skid loader cab was established in the human factor analysis software Jack to simulate the driver's visual field and the reflection area of the rearview mirror and obtain relevant analysis data.The driver's visual field data of the two measurement methods were compared and analyzed,and according to the analysis results,the skid loader cab was optimized and man-machine visual field was checked.The improvement scheme effectively improves the driver's visual field and meets the visibility requirements specified in national standards.
