Research on User Experience Design of Elderly Care Companion Robot Based on FAST and QFD
In order to improve the experience of elderly care companion robots,an experience design method of elderly care companion robots based on FAST and QFD is proposed.First of all, take the elderly users as the research object, divide them into different categories through the analysis and extraction of their needs, and classify the attributes of user needs.Secondly,FAST is used to decompose the functions of the elderly companion robot and obtain the function tree of the elderly companion robot. Then, the functional architecture of the elderly companion robot is introduced into QFD,and the House of Quality model is established.Based on this, the relationship matrix between user requirements and design features is constructed. The importance of each design feature in the needs of elderly users is determined. Finally, the design features are transformed into functional positioning of the elderly companion robot to guide the production of the user experience design scheme of the elderly companion robot. The research results show that the method can effectively mine user needs, and fully and reasonably transform user needs into design elements for design practice, optimize the user experience design process of elderly care companion robots, and improve the quality of product design.
