Research on the Renewal Design of Low Carbon System of Dining Environment Space in Urban Living Block:Taking Liangdao Street in Wuhan as an Example
With the proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutral policies,green production and life style are increasingly concerned,and urban street catering industry is facing reform.In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption in the catering industry,difficulties in catering waste disposal and serious pollutant discharge,and improve the ecological environment quality of the catering industry in the street,this paper takes the catering industry around Liangdao Street as the research object,introduces the concept of low-carbon catering,combines the development status of low-carbon catering with the existing problems in the neighbourhood catering,and discusses the implementation ways of low-carbon catering.Aiming at catering procurement,production,sales and post-production,this paper puts forward the design strategy to realize low-carbon renewal of street catering space from four aspects:energy cycle,catering space,food mileage and dining mode,and carries out the renewal design practice.This paper uses the concept of low-carbon to promote the transformation of the catering industry,explores the methods and ways suitable for the renewal of the low-carbon system of the catering industry,and provides new ideas for the low-carbon development of the catering industry.
