TOD模式下社区智慧型立体交通与微小综合体设计

拥有深厚文化底蕴的老旧街区伴随着更新与开发逐渐衰败,而现代城市中少部分得以保存的老旧街区也面临着停滞不前的发展问题.武汉粮道街是武汉市建城时一个重要历史街区,以"司门口黄鹤楼地铁站口"为研究对象,深入调研其发展建设问题,结合设计实践作品,对其进行改造与更新的探讨,并由此展开了对老旧街区改造与更新的思考.通过查阅文献学习有关TOD模式和城市综合体的国内外研究现状,将TOD和智慧立体交通纳入社区综合规划策略,确保以公共交通为导向的轨道交通站点与智慧交通设施有机结合.并提出构建地上地下相联动的社区综合体和站域综合体,为实现"站点到家的最后1 km"的便捷短距换乘以及"站点间构建15 min生活圈"提供了创新思路,形成连接交通、商业和住宅区为一体的TOD微小综合体.
Smart Three-dimensional Transportation and Micro-complex Design in TOD Mode
The old blocks with profound cultural heritage gradually decline with the renewal and development,and the few old blocks preserved in modern cities are also facing the problem of stagnant development.Wuhan Liangdao Street is an important historical district when Wuhan city was founded.Taking"Yellow He Lou Subway station entrance at Simen Gate"as the research object,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation on its development and construction,discusses its transformation and renewal in combination with design practice works,and thus begins to reflect on the transformation and renewal of old blocks.Through literature review and study of the domestic and foreign research status of TOD mode and urban complex,TOD and smart three-dimensional transportation will be incorporated into the comprehensive community planning strategy to ensure the organic combination of public transit-oriented rail transit stations and smart transportation facilities.It also proposes to build a community complex and a station complex linked with ground and ground,which provides an innovative idea for realizing the convenient short distance transfer of"the last 1km from the station to the home"and"building a 15min living circle between the stations",forming a small TOD complex connecting traffic,business and residential areas.
