Research on User Demand of Cultural and Creative Products Based on KJ-KANO Model
The purpose is to analyze the user needs of cultural and creative products,and on this basis,summarize and arrange them according to priority,so as to find ways to meet the user needs and propose new design strategies.Based on the user's demand for cultural and creative products,KJ method was used to extract and summarize the user's demand,which was divided into first-level demand and second-level demand according to the demand level.On this basis,user portraits were drawn.Then KANO analyzes the weight ratio of users to each requirement,and draws the Better-Worse coefficient graph.Results Through data analysis,the priority ranking and attributes of various requirements of cultural and creative products were obtained.Based on this,the design strategy of cultural and creative products was proposed.The KJ-KANO model is used to conduct a comprehensive and accurate analysis of user needs,and the user needs are summarized into four categories:appearance modeling,cultural content,practical function,and emotional resonance.Based on this,the design strategy of cultural and creative product development is proposed.The paper also uses the design strategy mentioned in this article to design a set of cultural and creative furniture inspired by the chicken doll in the paper cut of northern Shaanxi.
