The journal literature related to children's toy design in CNKI database from 2003 to 2023 was selected as the research samples,and the network analysis and visualization map drawing were carried out by CiteSpace software.It was found that the literature volume in the field of children's toy design in China was on the rise in general.The initial research focuses on the safety and green design of toy design and the rationality of human-machine interface.The interim study turned to smart toys and emotional design,emphasizing emotional connection and cultural inheritance,as well as enhancing the educational value and interactivity of toys through technology.Recent research has focused on educational toys,traditional culture,and the design needs of children with special needs.The design of children's toys in the future will pay more attention to the integration of innovation,cultural inheritance and humanistic care,and provide children with more rich,safe and educational choices.
